1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
2. By clicking the [Buy/Order for a fee] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
   
   

4.1. If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

4.2. If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal under clause 4.1, you will bear the regular costs of returning the goods.

4.3. Furthermore, the provisions that are detailed in the following Withdrawal Instruction

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us Jolloful Foods GmbH, Erika-Mann-Straße 47, 80636 München, E-Mail: info@jolloful.com with a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website (insert web address). If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal immediately (e.g., by email).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a manner not necessary for inspecting their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

5.1. The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.

5.2. In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat fee of euros per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page again.

6.1. Delivery is only made within Germany.

6.2. The delivery time is up to 3 days. We will point out any differing delivery times on the respective product page.

7.1. Payment can be made either in advance or cash on delivery.

7.2. If you choose the payment method in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment has been received.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Jolloful Foods is liable for defects according to the applicable statutory provisions, in particular §§ 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code.

The EU Commission has established an online platform for the online resolution of disputes. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from online purchase contracts. Further information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board or are obliged to do so in accordance with__(specification of the legal norm or contractual agreement). The competent consumer arbitration board is: Universal Arbitration Board of the Federal Centre for Mediation e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. We will participate in a dispute resolution procedure before this body to resolve the disputes mentioned.
